It’s International Women in Engineering Day! ♀️🛰️

We’re proud to celebrate the brilliant women at Craft Prospect who make up such a vital part of our team and our success.

Their expertise, leadership, ideas, and determination are woven through everything we do, from mission delivery and technical innovation to team culture and company growth. The work we do simply would not be possible without them.

In a sector that remains extraordinarily male-dominated, visibility, representation, and opportunity are so important. Nearly a third of our ~40-strong team are women, and around 40% of leadership roles at Craft are held by women too. We’re proud of that, and we’re committed to continuing to build a company where talented women in engineering can thrive.

A huge thank you to the Women's Engineering Society for leading this important campaign, now in its 13th year, and for continuing to champion the visibility of women engineers everywhere.
