Craft Crew Away Days 2025

Team building and peer-to-peer learning are central to Craft Prospect’s values, and our Away Days are an important annual tradition every September where we combine business and pleasure to reflect on successes, discuss ways to build on these for continued growth, exchange feedback, and more deeply understand our team mates and their goals.
This year we headed back to Wyndham Duchally Country Estate and were happy to welcome both Omanos Analytics and EOLAS Insight Ltd to join us for a 3 full days of training, strategising, team-building activities, and relaxation, including:
🛠️ Hack-a-thons to brainstorm and workshop ideas for improving the business
🤓 Breakout sessions to share expertise across the team
🏆 An awards ceremony to recognise individual contributions
🎱 Fierce battles over the air hockey and pool tables
🤺 Nerf fencing skirmishes
🕵♀ And our now-legendary Craft Prospect Murder Mystery Dinner, this year with a Mardi Gras theme
