Craft Prospect's Head of Commercial Hina Khan, who also serves as Board Director for the Scottish Chambers of Commerce, was a keynote speaker at this year’s Business in Parliament Conference (BiPC) held at the Scottish Parliament, along with First Minister Rt Hon John Swinney MSP and Deputy First Minister Kate Forbes MSP.
The annual BiPC event brings together MSPs and Scotland’s leading business people with the aim of fostering engagement between businesses and politicians. Our Managing Director Steve Greenland and Chair of the Craft Prospect Board Yvette Hopkins also attended.
In her keynote, Hina highlighted the innovation, investment, and global ambition that drives Scotland’s world class space sector and called for deeper business-government collaboration across all sectors to launch Scotland into an even brighter future.
This year’s panel sessions touched on the impact of artificial intelligence on the country’s workforce, growing Scotland’s economy through green jobs, and the importance of creating equitable and inclusive work environments.
We were honoured to be part of the powerful conversations about Scotland’s workforce taking place at this important event.
