At a ceremony held at Paisley Abbey on 7th June 2025, Craft Prospect was awarded a Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Bronze Award from the Lowland RFCA, an honour which aims to highlight the value of supportive relationships between Reservists and their civilian employers and acknowledges Craft Prospect’s commitment to supporting the Armed Forces Community.

Managing Director Steve Greenland and Chair of the Craft Prospect Board Yvette Hopkins were in attendance to receive the award, which was presented on behalf of the Secretary of State for Defence by Lieutenant Colonel Gerry McKay.

The ceremony also presented local Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers with their Lord-Lieutenant’s Certificates of Meritorious Service.

Steve commented, ‘We are honoured to receive our first recognition through the Armed Forces Covenant. It's a fantastic program to ensure our regular and reservists are supported by industry. Especially in these uncertain times, we need more cooperation and inclusion across society to secure our shared future in space.’
